(One)Damping HingeTypes of annealing

 

1.Full annealing and Isothermal annealing

 

Full annealing, also known as recrystallization annealing, generally referred to as annealing, this annealing is mainly used for the composition of various carbon steel and alloy steel casting, forgings and hot-rolled profiles, sometimes also used for welding structure. Usually as the final heat treatment of some unimportant workpiece, or as the pre heat treatment of some workpieces.

 

2.Spherical annealing

 

Spherical annealing is mainly used for carbon steel and alloy tool steel with common analysis(such as the manufacture of cutting tools, measuring, mold used in steel)。 Its main purpose is to reduce the hardness, improve the machinability of cutting, and prepare for later quenching.

 

3.Damping HingeStress-Relieving annealing

 

Stress-relieving annealing, also known as low temperature annealing(or high temperature tempering), this annealing is mainly used to eliminate the residual stress of castings, forgings, welded parts, hot-rolled parts, cold drawn parts, etc. If these stresses are not eliminated, the steel parts will be deformed or cracked after a certain period of time, or in subsequent cutting processes.

 

(Two)Damping HingeQuenching

 

In order to improve the hardness of the method adopted, the main form is through heating, heat preservation, fast cold. The most common cooling medium is brine, water and oil. Brine quenching workpiece, easy to get high hardness and smooth surface, not easy to produce hardened soft points, but it is easy to make the workpiece deformation seriously, and even cracking. The quenching medium of oil is only suitable for the quenching of some alloy steels or small sized carbon steel workpiece with large stability of supercooled austenite.

 

(Three)Damping HingeTempering

 

1.Reduce brittleness, eliminate or reduce internal stress, steel parts after quenching the existence of a very big inner stress and brittleness, such as failure to temper in time will often make the steel deformation or even cracking.

 

2.To obtain the mechanical properties required by the workpiece, the workpiece after quenching hardness high and brittle, in order to meet the different performance requirements of various workpieces, can be adjusted by appropriate tempering hardness, reduce brittleness, get the required toughness, plasticity.

 

3.Stable workpiece Size

 

4.For annealing of certain alloy steels that are difficult to soften, in quenching(or positive fire)After the use of high-temperature tempering, so that the appropriate accumulation of carbide in the steel, will reduce the hardness, in order to facilitate cutting processing.

The choice of common furnace

 

The furnace should be determined according to the different process requirements and the type of workpiece.

 

1.For the production of mass stereotypes can not be, the size of the workpiece is not equal, the type of more, the requirements of the process of universality, versatility, can choose Box-type furnace.

 

2.Long shaft heating and long wire rod, pipe and other workpiece, you can choose deep-shaft furnace.

 

3.The carburizing part of the small batch can choose the well type gas carburizing furnace.

 

4.For large quantities of automobiles, tractor gears and other parts of the production of alternative continuous carburizing production line or box-type multi-use furnace.

 

5.The best choice of rolling furnace and roller hearth furnace is to select the heating mass of the blank for pressing parts.

 

6.For the batch of stereotypes parts, production can be selected push-rod or conveyor-type resistance furnace(Push-rod furnace or cast-belt furnace)

 

7.Small mechanical parts such as:screws, nuts, etc. can be selected vibration furnace or Net-belt furnace.

 

8.Steel ball and roller heat treatment can be selected with internal spiral rotary tube furnace.

 

9.Non-ferrous ingots can be used in the mass production of pusher-type furnace, while the small non-ferrous metal parts and materials available air circulation heating furnace.
